Returns and complaints
Any complaints relating to the goods or the execution of the sales agreement may be submitted by the Customer in any form. The return form can be downloaded from (here). The preferred ways to contact us are our contact form or e-mail: email@example.com. You can also contact us by sending a letter to JJERRS Sp. z o.o., Bydgoskich Przemysłowców 21, 85-862 Bydgoszcz. In order for the complaint to be processed more efficiently, we recommend that you include the following information: your name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject matter of the complaint and the order number (if possible), together with an indication of the your request, any circumstances describing the defect, the date on which the defect was found and, if possible, photographs of the defect (if the complaint is made by e-mail).
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days from the submission date.
If the goods have defects, the Customer may:
- make a request to reduce the price or withdraw from the sales contract, unless we can immediately replace the defective goods with goods free of defects or remove the defect without undue inconvenience for the Customer
This limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired by us or if we have not complied with our obligation to replace the goods with goods free from defects or to remedy the defects. Instead of settling for the remedy proposed by us, the Customer may demand the goods to be replaced by goods free from defects or, instead of replacing the goods, demand the defect to be remedied, unless bringing the goods into compliance with the sales agreement in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs compared to the remedy proposed by us.

However, we may refuse to comply with your request if it is impossible to bring the defective goods into compliance with the sales contract in the manner chosen by the client or, if compared with the other possible means of bringing the goods into compliance with the sales contract, it would require unreasonable costs. The repair or replacement costs are born by us.
The Customer who exercises their rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective item to our address, i.e. JJERRS Sp. z o.o., Bydgoskich Przemysłowców 21, 85-862 Bydgoszcz. In the case of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, we will pay the delivery costs.
We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years of the goods being handed over to the Customer.
Complaints – provisions in case of an exclusion of warranty
The Seller excludes its liability under warranty towards Customers who are Entrepreneurs and those who are Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights.
Withdrawal from the sales agreement
Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights who have made a purchase in our online shop may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, withdraw from a concluded sales agreement without providing a reason.
Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights may withdraw from a sales agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us.

Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights are obliged to return the goods to us without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which they withdraw from the sales agreement. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the goods to our address before the deadline expires.
We are obliged to return all payments made by the Consumer, including the cost of delivery of the goods to the Consumer and Entrepreneur with the rights of the Consumer, without delay but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the statement of the Consumer or Entrepreneur with the rights of the Consumer concerning their withdrawal from the sales agreement. However, we may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights until we have received the goods back or until the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever event occurs first.
If the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights exercising the right of withdrawal has chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, we are not obliged to reimburse the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights for the additional costs incurred by them.
In the case of withdrawal from a sales contract, the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods.
The Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner which is beyond the scope necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
We will make the refund using the same payment method as used by the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights, unless the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights has agreed to a different method of refund which does not involve any costs to the Consumer.
